On semiclassical quantization of gauge theories on space time manifolds with boundary


It is well known how to construct a formal semiclassical (or perturbative) quantization of a classical field theory on $\R^n$. The answer is given by formal power series in Feynman diagrams. In this talk we will focus on how to do it for space time manifolds with boundary. The main example is Chern-Simons classical field theory. The talk is based on joint work with A. Cattaneo and P. Mnev.
