Topolectric Circuits
Topolectric circuits present themselves as a versatile, easily accessible and flexible platform to study topological states in a classical metamaterial. While they were conceived as simulators for already known topological band structures, the platform evolved and became one of the prime environments to study unprecedented topological physics, especially in non-Hermitian and non-linear models. In this presentation, we discuss how those phenomena are described and analyzed in electric circuits. Starting from the example of the Su-Schrieffer-Heeger chain, we explore the rich landscape of topolectric circuits, reaching from topological edge states to soliton solutions of non-linear transmission lines.
