Dimensional study in ultra-thin 3d/4d oxide film.
Last few decades, the oxide heterostructure systems were intensively studied as a bulk crystal and thin film. Therefore, we have a deep understanding of the core physics on these systems. But still we can find or design a new research playground among these systems. Dimensionality, artificial structure, interface engineering, and exploring new device technique, these keywords opened the new research opportunities. In this talk, Firstly, I would like to introduce dimensional study on ultra-thin manganite film with element specific scattering/spectroscopy technique. Secondly, the Topological Hall Effect in SrRuO3 system will be discussed.
